The Company presents Adjusted EBITDA, which is not a measurement of financial performance under generally accepted accounting principles in the United States (“GAAP”). The Company's management uses Adjusted EBITDA to eliminate the effects of certain non-cash and/or non-recurring items that it believes does not reflect the Company's ongoing strategic business operations.
